Greetings Sorors!

Greetings from the Anniston Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. We welcome you as our Sister, Soror, and Friend. We welcome you to come visit us at one of our scheduled meetings. Chapter meetings are held on the first Saturday of each month, unless otherwise noted. 

We encourage you to browse our website to see our commitment to caring for the communities and service areas through volunteering in varying areas. However, we also want to share the smiling faces that we have when we get together through our beloved sisterhood. The smiles represent a rich chapter of sisterhood, respect for one another, and the LOVE we share for Delta. This is something that we would like to share with you.

Meetings are only open to duly initiated members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Proof of membership is required and must be verified before admittance to chapter meetings. Visiting members must present their membership cards or credentials and photo identification upon arrival. Business attire is required for all chapter meetings.

WHAT IS BUSINESS ATTIRE?

• Business attire is traditionally a business suit or other clothing that reflects a professional style.
• Pants must be full length. Capris, leggings, cropped pants, or Gauchos are not allowed.
• Jackets, blouses, T-shirts or sweaters classified as paraphernalia are not allowed. A blazer with a Delta Crest is allowed.
• Flip flops, foam bottomed shoes or beach shoes are not allowed.
• Denim attire and baseball style caps are not allowed.
• Please refer to the Ritual and/or Protocol and Traditions Manual for other attire guidelines.

First time visitors are encouraged to arrive minutes early to verify information prior to the start of the meeting. The attire is business.
