Jabberwock
Jabberwock is an activity distinctive to Delta Sigma Theta. The first Jabberwock was presented in 1925 in Boston, Massachusetts. It is taken from the mythical character in Lewis Carrol’s “Alice’s Adventure in Wonderland”. Jabberwock is a fund raising project which many chapters of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. have used to finance their many community services, to showcase community talent, and to give scholarships to deserving students. The Jabberwock offers encouragement and practical help to the development of the participants.
